At Central Florida Careers, we custom tailor our recruiting strategies to meet each employer’s specific needs. Simply let us know what position you are looking to fill and the qualifications for the role, then let us handle everything – from finding the right person to facilitating a smooth hiring process.

Once you have communicated your requirements, we take off running. We begin by searching our database of pre-qualified applicants. We also advertise the position confidentially, review the responses, and filter out the best applicants. From there, we perform thorough reference screenings and conduct phone and in-office interviews with the most competent individuals. This allows us to narrow the applicants down to the candidate or candidates we recommend you meet.

Upon selecting the best person(s), we make all the arrangements for you to interview the qualified individuals. As we understand your time is valuable, we will never present you with anyone that we are not convinced is entirely capable of performing the job you have at hand. When you have chosen the person you would like to hire, we work with you and the selected candidate throughout the hiring process so that it is fast and fluid.

Because each company, industry and job seeker is different, we offer different service fee options, including employer-fee-paid, applicant-fee-paid and hybrid options. You also pay us nothing until you hire someone we have provided. Therefore, if for some reason you decide not to select from the candidate or candidates we have presented, you are under no obligation to employ them and you do not owe us for our services.

Once your new hire has started work, we follow up with you to make sure you are happy with the individual you have selected. We also guarantee each new hire for 90 days; therefore, if the person does not work out for some reason, we will find a replacement at no additional charge. As we sincerely care about every company for which we recruit and every person we place, it is important to us that you are satisfied.

The price for our service is typically less than the cost of placing a job advertisement on a major job website for two months, and we take care of everything, from collecting and reviewing as many as 1,000 resumes each day… to filtering, uncovering and delivering the best individual(s) for the job.
